Joe is a fully licensed counselor working as a therapist for the last 14 years. He has worked for the Detroit Rescue mission, the Michigan Department Of Corrections, and as a Contractual therapist to several counseling organizations. Joe and his wife Hope initially served as a part of the counseling ministry to couples at NorthRidge Church for several years. His degree in counseling is from Spring Arbor University, a Christian University near Jackson MI. In the last couple of years God has been laying on his heart to do counseling in a Christian environment. Joe and his wife Hope have been married for 48 years and their commitment to serving in the church has been a central focus in their marriage.
