Fine Arts Studio

Purpose:

Harvest Fine Arts Studio exists to equip believers to serve God with excellence by providing excellent training and instruction in the arts. The lessons take place in a Christian environment where Christ is honored.  It is our desire for students to be challenged to develop their talents for the glory and service of God.

CLASS/ LESSON DESCRIPTIONS:

 

ADVENTURES IN MUSIC

Julie McGhee, Instructor

Day/Time: TBD.  Each class is 8 weeks.
Ages: 4-6
Class size: 5-10 children


PIANO

Laura Beck, Instructor

Morning and evening openings to be scheduled with instructor.

WOODWIND

Rob and Rachel Wilson, Instructors

Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet and Trombone private lessons offered.
Ages: 5th grade and up


CELLO/ VIOLIN

Julie McGhee, Instructor

Ages: 4 and up


Guitar/Banjo

Dennis Fisher, Instructor


Schedule:

Each semester includes 15 weeks of private or group class instruction and 1 week for any needed make up lesson.

Music classes are broken into two 8-week sessions

Fall Semester: Sept. 12- Jan. 16
(no instruction Nov. 21-25; Dec 19-Jan 1)

Spring Semester:  Jan. 23– May 22
(no instruction Feb.20-25;  Apr 17-22)

Cost:

Special pricing for Harvest members & regular attenders!
A $25 registration fee is payable with each registration form and is due each year. There is a $50 maximum per family. Registration fee must accompany registration form, checks made payable to Harvest Bible Church.

Private lesson tuition

$80/month * - (Harvest regular attender discount)
$100/ month - (Non Harvest attenders)

*It is preferred that payment is made at the first lesson.

Music Class tuition

$90 per session* - (Harvest regular attender discount)
$105 per session -   (Non Harvest attender)

*It is preferred that payment is made at the first lesson.

Curriculum:

Tuition does not cover the cost of materials and must be paid for at the first lesson. Materials required for your lesson or class will be assigned to you by your instructor.

MISSED LESSONS

Instructors are not obligated to schedule make up lessons, unless lessons are canceled due to inclement weather, an unforeseen change in the instructors schedule or an emergency. You are responsible for the tuition even if you do not attend the scheduled lesson.  Make-up  lessons are at the discretion of the instructor. If a student must miss a lesson, please contact the instructor directly. This does not entitle the student to a make up lesson.
