God is raising up a generation of faithful men and women.
Our Christian faith is coming under increased attack in our culture and society. The Harvest Bible Institute is for Christians who desire to be better equipped to defend their faith wherever God has placed them. That ministry field could be your home, church, workplace, school, or neighborhood. The Harvest Bible Institute provides sound biblical teaching and instruction that will make you more confident serving God in your particular field of ministry.
The Harvest Bible Institute exists...
to equip Christians to be better spiritual leaders and teachers. So whether your desire is to lead family devotions, teach Sunday school, or explore a possible career in ministry, Harvest Bible Institute is here to help you find out where the Lord is leading you.
Students will learn the tools necessary to accurately interpret Scripture. As a result, students will be more able to fulfill the ministry role God has placed them in. Students will be able to communicate to their family, friends, or co-workers biblical concepts and doctrines more accurately and effectively. As a result, students will be better disciples of Jesus Christ, and will engage in making more disciples.
Harvest Bible Institute provides classes that cover a wide range of theological subjects. The goal of each class is to equip students to be better interpreters of scripture. Here are the subjects that are covered, along with examples of specific classes under each subject:
Biblical surveys (Pentateuch, Gospels)
Systematic theology (Trinity, salvation, end times)
Book studies (Genesis, Romans)
Practical ministry (evangelism, teaching)
Apologetics (defending your faith, cults)
Church history (early church, Reformation)
The Harvest Bible Institute is open for Christians ages 16 and older who have a desire to grow in their knowledge of God’s Word. There is no application required. Students are required to sign the statement of faith at the beginning of each class (see below).
Students may register and pay for classes through these links:
Certificate Students: $80 per class ($60 early bird)
Students who complete course work assigned by the instructor will receive a certificate at the conclusion of each class. Course work may involve required reading, quizzes, tests, projects, and/or a paper. The cost includes class notes, classroom lectures, and personalized feedback from the instructor.
Please note that HBI is a ministry of Harvest Bible Church, and is not an accredited institution of higher education. A certificate earned through HBI will be of great value for a servant of Christ, but HBI courses cannot be "transferred" into a college or seminary program.
Audit Students: $40 per class ($30 early bird)
The audit option allows the student to participate in classroom lectures and receive class notes, but the student will not be accountable for course work or receive personalized feedback from the instructor.
*Payment is due at the time of registration. Early bird rate ends four weeks before the semester begins.
Every student will be given class notes prepared by the instructors. Students are encouraged to purchase a binder to contain the notes. Textbooks will be assigned by each individual instructor and will require an additional cost.
There will be three semesters offered per year: Fall (Sept-Nov), Winter (Jan-March), and Spring (April-June). Two classes are offered each semester. Classes meet once per week for a period of 8 weeks: Sunday mornings from 9:30–11:00am or Wednesday evenings from 7:00–8:30pm.

Student Statement of Faith
The Trinity: There is one God who eternally exists as three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit. Each person is fully God, the three carrying out distinct but harmonious roles. (Deut 6:4; Isa 45:5; Matt 28:19; John 1:1-4, 14:26; 16:7; 1 Peter 1:2)
Jesus Christ: Jesus Christ has eternally existed as fully God. Jesus became fully man, being born of a virgin. He lived sinlessly, died on a cross in our place, rose bodily from the grave, returned in exaltation to heaven, and now reigns as head of His church. Jesus will continue as fully God and fully man for eternity. (Matt 1:23; Luke 1:35; John 1:1-4, 14; Phil 2:6-8; 2 Cor 5:21; 1 Peter 3:18; 1 Cor 15:3-6; Eph 1:20-23; 1 Tim 2:5; Heb 4:14; 7:25)
Salvation: Though God created man in His image, all men are sinful – by nature and by choice – and deserve condemnation. God in His mercy provides salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, apart from man’s works. Salvation includes complete forgiveness of sins, spiritual rebirth, righteous standing before God, and adoption into God’s family. (Gen 1:26-27; John 3:3-6, 16; Rom 3:9-28; Eph 2:1-10; Titus 3:3-7)
The Second Coming and Final Judgment: Jesus Christ will return bodily to earth to judge and to reign. All individuals will be raised, the saved to eternal life and the lost to eternal condemnation. (John 14:1-3; Acts 1:11; Rev 19:11-16; Dan 12:2; John 5:28-29; Matt 25:31-34, 41)
“I gladly affirm the above doctrines, and I am trusting in Christ alone for salvation.”
